We are seeking a highly organized, client-facing Residential Project Manager to oversee high-end remodels, additions, and occasional new builds across Chicago's North Shore. This office-first role (approx. 60% in-office) demands a true "white glove" client experience while managing 10-15 active projects in partnership with a dedicated Field Superintendent.
Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction (remodels/additions).
• Direct experience working with high-net-worth homeowners and providing "white glove" service.
• Proven ability to manage 10-15 concurrent projects and maintain thorough daily documentation (e.g., daily logs, change orders).
• Expertise in construction methods, sequencing, blueprints, and proficiency in Buildertrend or similar PM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of handling difficult client conversations calmly.
