Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in healthcare projects. This role involves managing multiple projects, collaborating with internal MEP/FP teams, and delivering tailored solutions for clients. With opportunities for business development and career growth, this position is ideal for a proactive and skilled engineer ready to take on leadership challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement electrical systems for healthcare and commercial projects.
  • Lead project management activities, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with architects, owners, and contractors to meet project goals.
  • Develop business development plans and identify new opportunities.
  • Travel occasionally (10-15%).
Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in complex electrical systems.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or ability to obtain in Tennessee.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
