Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Service Admin to join their team. As a Service Admin, you will be part of the support department, assisting the service team. Job Title: Service Admin
Location: Long Beach, CA
Pay Range: $20-$25/hr
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm
What's the Job?

Coordinate work orders and support activities to ensure smooth operations

Answer technical support calls and emails, creating work orders as needed
-
Dispatch work orders to field engineers and facilitate communication between teams

Manage training registration and scheduling for team members
-
Maintain accurate data entry and update service records regularly
What's Needed?

Strong administrative and organizational skills
-
Excellent communication skills via phone and email
-
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems such as SharePoint, GP, and call center ticketing software
