As a Senior Contract & Pricing Analyst - Commercial Aviation, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Commercial Aviation division, ensuring smooth contract processes and accurate pricing for clients across the U.S. and U.K.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Contract Management: Handle bid processing, RFP/BSA quotes, revisions, and awards with precision.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Validate billing inquiries and disputes, and deliver timely, accurate pricing for both contract and ad-hoc requests.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with Sales Support, Supply, Legal, Credit, and Pricing teams to drive operational success.
  • Own Reporting: Manage SLA/Dashboard reporting and special customer reports that influence strategic decisions.
  • Innovate Processes: Support automation (RPA) initiatives and streamline workflows for efficiency.
  • Bridge Teams: Coordinate contract bid management with BPA, Pricing, and Fee teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytical or financial reporting roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
