Compensation: $160,000-$175,000
Our client is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the modernization of their UX across web and mobile platforms. This is a high-impact role with ownership over frontend architecture, component strategy, and engineering best practices. You'll work closely with the VP of Product and executive leadership to deliver fast, high-quality user experiences.
What You'll Own
- Selecting and implementing modern frontend frameworks
- Designing a scalable component library for web and mobile
- Mentoring frontend engineers and elevating engineering hygiene
- Collaborating with product and executive teams to align technical decisions with business goals
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years building web frontend applications
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
- Strong focus on design, testing, and frontend quality
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with databases (relational, NoSQL) and queuing systems
- Skilled in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficient in one or more backend languages: Java, C#, Golang, Python
- Proven ability to understand user needs and deliver delightful experiences
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker with a track record of successful execution
- Collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience designing APIs
- Advanced database design and optimization
