We're searching for an exceptional VP of Software Engineering to lead our company's software engineering efforts. In this critical role, you will be responsible for setting the technical direction, building a world-class software engineering team, and driving the successful delivery of innovative software products. You will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, shaping the future of our technology and propelling our business goals forward. This position offers a salary range of $180,000 to $250,000.00 plus annual bonus.

- Manage the software engineering budget and resources effectively, optimizing costs while achieving maximum impact.
- Partner with cross-functional departments (product, design, sales, marketing) to ensure seamless collaboration and product success.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in the software engineering landscape.
- Attract, recruit, and retain top engineering talent.
- Develop and mentor engineering leaders within the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and technology partners.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for software engineering and translate them into actionable insights.
- 10+ years of experience in leading and managing large, complex software engineering teams.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering organizations.
- Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
- Strong technical expertise across multiple software engineering disciplines.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business vision into a clear technical roadmap.
- Experience in building and maintaining a strong engineering culture.
- A demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
- Experience in managing large engineering budgets.
