Overview

We are currently seeking individuals who are seeking part time work and will be responsible for participating in set-up and clean-up activities for events and general maintenance at Tony's Pizza Events Center.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00-$14.00

This position will remain open until Deember 31, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor, repairs and maintenance on various aspects of the arena as assigned.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties
  • Primary duties include building conversions for various events
  • Setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, basketball court, and football field, etc.
  • Actively care for all arena equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items and alerting management of any mistreatment of property
  • Maintain organized storage areas
  • Perform lawn maintenance such as mowing lawns, pulling weeds and trimming trees
  • Perform snow removal tasks such as shovel sidewalks, parking areas, entrance ways and loading dock
  • Additional duties may be assigned by Operations Manager or Director of Operations
Qualifications
  • Ability to work flexible shifts based on events and building needs including days, nights, weekends and some Holidays as needed
  • Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions and directions.
  • Ability to perform general labor; frequent lifting (some heavy)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain a forklift certification preferred. (we will train)
  • Ability to take direction
