LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading global logistics provider to identify an Data Entry Agent to join their Wood Dale, IL team. This organization delivers end-to-end supply chain solutions for industries including aerospace, healthcare, automotive, and more. They're seeking detail-oriented professionals to support data accuracy and operational efficiency. This is a 100% onsite role with two schedule options: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, between 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

Data Entry Agent Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
  • Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents and resolving discrepancies
  • Organize and manage both digital and physical records while ensuring confidentiality and accessibility
Data Entry Agent Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of office experience and data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint)
