Join our dynamic team as a Senior AI Software Engineer, where you'll leverage your expertise in both front-end and back-end development. We’re on the lookout for someone who possesses a deep understanding of AI and has 5+ years of experience working with Angular, C#, and SQL Server.
As an AI enthusiast, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise cloud applications, transitioning traditional WinForms into modern web-based UIs. You’ll thrive in a collaborative agile environment with short sprints, allowing you to solve complex problems independently while driving innovation in our rapidly expanding product lines. Great communication across teams will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and implement AI features in both products and internal workflows.
- Develop, test, and deploy advanced software solutions that address real-world challenges for our customers.
- Collaborate with peers, mentor junior developers, and share knowledge within the team.
- Recommend technology and process improvements to enhance performance and product functionality.
- Engage in continuous learning through conferences, training, and cross-team collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience exploring AI development tools such as Cursor, Cline, etc.
- At least 5 years as a software engineer or developer.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in C#.
- 5 years of experience with Angular, React, or similar front-end frameworks.
- 5 years of experience with an RDBMS such as SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, or similar.
- Bachelor's Degree in CS/Math/Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience demonstrating a strong understanding of core CS concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with full-stack development.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development.
- Knowledge of microservices/serverless architecture.
- Experience within an Azure DevOps environment.
- Proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
This position is mostly remote, with only 2 in-person workshops occurring annually. Full-Time, Exempt. You will receive a competitive base salary as well as benefits like Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(K) plan with 100% matching up to 4%.
Pay Transparency: The base pay range for this role is $115,000 to $150,000 per year. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors including internal equity and your geographic location, skills, and experience.
