About This Office

Looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience as a dental assistant preferred; Ability to train a newly graduated dental assistant
  • Dentrix or other dental software experience
  • Dental assisting school certification in AZ with RHS certification required
  • Must be a mutli-tasker, detail-oriented, coachable and a quick learner
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Experience with temporaries preferred
  • Willingness to help out and be cross-trained in the front; Phone, greeting, etc
  • Sterile and OSHA focused
  • Enjoys taking on new challenges
  • Ability to make patients feel comfortable and provide them with great customer service
  • Strong organization skills, adaptable, good listener, reliable, professional, and good time management
  • Positive attitude with the desire to learn, grow, and accept feedback
  • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.

Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
  • If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
Preferred Experience
  • Dentrix or other dental software experience
  • Dental assisting school certification
