Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing diverse and enjoyable activities for residents.
  • Facilitate group activities including games, arts and crafts, music sessions, and exercise programs.
  • Support residents in their participation in activities.
  • Create an inviting and friendly environment for all residents.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with seniors is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
