Eisenhower Health Is Seeking A Mental Health Clinical Therapist

Job Objective:

  • Conducts individual, family and group counseling, and performs psychotherapy with children and families as part of a multidisciplinary team. Must possess excellent clinical and people skills. Implements client care in compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Works with minimal supervision under the direction of the Clinical Director.

Education:

  • Required: Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Child Counseling or higher level related degree

Licensure/Certification:

  • Required: Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Marriage, Family Therapist Intern (MFTI)/ Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) must obtain LMFT within three (3) years of hire

Experience:

  • Preferred: Experience providing therapy to children and families; Spanish bilingual
