Lead Inventory Control Technician is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse and parts room operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. Acting as a team lead, this role provides guidance to junior staff, ensures adherence to safety standards, and plays a key role in optimizing warehouse workflows. The Senior Technician is expected to operate with minimal supervision, troubleshoot operational issues, and support the management team in achieving departmental goals.

Headquartered in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania with 7 additional locations spanning from Ohio to Montana, Eby designs and builds aluminum transportation equipment including Livestock, Grain and Equipment trailers, and a full line of truck bodies. Starting wage based upon experience.
Compensation
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
