Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Job Description:
We're looking for a dependable individual to assist with general warehouse upkeep and support daily operations. This role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while handling basic material tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance inside the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
- Keep exterior areas clear of debris, glass, and trash.
- Prep and strip stretch wrap from pallets as needed.
- Clean up spilled or damaged pallets and restack materials safely.
- Stretch-wrap finished pallets for shipment.
- Remove and dispose of damaged inventory properly.
- Install air bags in loaded trailers to secure freight.
- Assist with repack and rework projects as needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to ensure flexibility in reporting to any of the company's nearby work sites as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Must follow all safety rules and procedures.
