Requirement/Must Have:
  • 12-18 years of total IT industry experience, with at least 9 years in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC).
  • Proven experience in Data Modeling for Salesforce and large-scale system integrations.
  • Minimum 3 Salesforce Health Cloud implementation projects (each of 6+ months).
  • Experience working in healthcare domain-especially in payer/insurance space.
  • Deep knowledge of OmniStudio and Experience Cloud implementations.
  • Must have experience working with clients in the USA and managing onsite-offshore coordination.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, and dashboard/report creation.
Experience:
  • Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions for large-scale deployments (10,000+ users).
  • Strong understanding of configuration vs. customization decisions and Salesforce coding best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning (Aura & LWC) framework.
  • Expertise in Health Cloud data models, external objects, and interoperability standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
  • Knowledge of EHR, EMR, utilization and care management platform integrations.
  • Strong experience in SOAP/REST API integrations, including Force.com Web Services, Metadata API, and Bulk API.
