The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking talented Medicare Field Sales Agents. This is a field-based position, and candidates must reside in the relevant territory to effectively engage with their local communities. You will be part of a collaborative team of 8-12 Sales Agents, supported by a Senior Manager and Regional Director dedicated to your success and growth. Together, you will help execute Humana's strategy: Deliver on the fundamentals, stand out through exceptional service, and broaden our reach and impact.

Your Responsibilities in This Field-Based Role:

• Deliver: Foster trust and educate individuals about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans along with other offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

• Differentiate: Establish meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits, providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart.

• Grow: Drive self-generated sales, meet performance targets, and enhance Humana's presence in the market by becoming a trusted resource in your community.

You will engage with customers in the field through a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions. Face-to-face visits in prospective members' homes are essential to this role.

Make an Impact with Your Skills

Required Qualifications:

• Active Health Insurance License is required.

• Must reside in the designated territory.

• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in potential members' homes, at community-based events, and involved in community service or local activities.

• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.

• Prior experience selling Medicare products.

• Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages.

Additional Information:

• This role is subject to Humana's Driving Safety and Vehicle Management Program, requiring driver license validation and MVR review.

• Associates interacting in languages other than English must undergo a language proficiency assessment to ensure competence.

Schedule: Meeting with members requires appointments and/or event times that may vary on nights and weekends. Flexibility is essential for your success.

Training: Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment.

Interview Format: The hiring process may involve an interview technology called HireVue, allowing us to connect and gather meaningful insights regarding your skills and qualifications at your convenience.

Pay Range: The estimated total compensation for full-time employment is between $80,000 and $125,000 per year, including base pay and commission with a guarantee. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance and location.
