We're seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide on-site technical support during aircraft assembly, specializing in troubleshooting and reworking aircraft interiors. This is your opportunity to work hands-on with advanced aerospace products.

  • P ay = $31 per hour Direct hire

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair seat system issues, including cosmetic defects and electronic components

  • Support installation teams with expert hands-on adjustments, alignments, and part replacements

  • Work across multiple areas: receiving, factory floor, flight line, and BFE zones

  • Coordinate closely with engineers, QA, and airline reps to meet production timelines

  • Submit accurate part orders and ensure compliance with detailed rework instructions

  • Safely operate a company vehicle and attend daily standup meetings

Who You Are

  • Experienced: 2+ years in field service or technical repair (aerospace or automotive a plus)

  • Technically Skilled: Strong mechanical aptitude, use of power/hand tools, and electronic troubleshooting

  • Detail-Oriented: Able to read engineering drawings, follow rework specs, and adhere to high-quality standards

  • Customer-Focused: Strong communication and professionalism when working alongside OEM and airline partners

  • Adaptable: Willing to work varied hours, including occasional weekends

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Familiar with MS Office, smartphones/tablets, and general computer navigation

  • Valid driver's license & ability to obtain a passport

  • Familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing environments

Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
