Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all departmental functions during your shift. Collaborate with management and fellow healthcare professionals to direct nursing care and enhance clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline admission and discharge processes for optimal patient care.
- Continuously assess and elevate the quality of care provided in collaboration with the management team.
- Foster teamwork environment for improved patient outcomes.
- Engage in service recovery initiatives to support patient-first philosophy.
- Implement staff engagement strategies, including regular rounds.
- Contribute to staff training and development, including performance evaluations.
- Assist in scheduling and managing staff labor in relation to patient needs.
- Oversee supply inventory and equipment management.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the applicable state.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
