Job SummaryWe are looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team. Restoration 1 is a busy, large, up-and-coming Restoration company. Our primary work is residential homes. We help rebuild homes after loss (fire, water, storm damage, etc.).
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE XACTIMATE REBUILD EXPERIENCE
- Restoration construction experience
- Project Management and Estimating experience
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, RMS, and Xactimate
- IICRC Certifications (Not required but a plus. We can train after hire.)
Salary based on experience.
Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per year
