Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment strategies

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
