Field-based | Atlanta, North Metro, and surrounding suburbs
Pay:
$60,000-$70,000 (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Daytime hours
Company vehicle + gas card provided
About the Company
Our client is a well-established leader in the building materials industry, specializing in high-quality residential products for large-scale builders. They are known for strong customer partnerships, hands-on field support, and a commitment to quality and craftsmanship that sets them apart in a competitive market.
They are looking for you - an experienced Field Service Representative - to support customers in the field through accurate measurements, quality control audits, and light service work. This is a direct-hire, field-based role with long-term stability and growth potential.
What You Get to Do:
- Perform field measurements for assigned jobs
- Conduct quality control audits of completed installations
- Verify design accuracy, customer specifications, and selections
- Identify framing or mechanical issues and communicate resolution needs to builders
- Serve as the on-site liaison between the company, builders, and installers
- Troubleshoot installation or service issues in the field
- Coach and support installers to meet quality standards
- Complete homeowner warranty and light service work as needed
- Partner with sales, customer service, and installation teams
- Ensure compliance with jobsite safety and customer requirements
- 2+ years of experience in field construction or a related trade
- Strong understanding of cabinet layout and design
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve field issues independently
- Experience performing cabinet touch-ups and minor repairs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied jobsite conditions
- Strong teamwork mindset and positive attitude
