Your Role: Occupational Therapist

As a home care OT, you’ll bring clinical expertise and compassion directly to patients’ homes. You’ll help them regain independence and improve quality of life using advanced tools and personalized care plans.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes

• Utilize remote monitoring and virtual care tools

• Collaborate with a dedicated care team

• Empower patients to achieve their health goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Eligible for NBCOT certification

• 1+ year of experience (or 6–8 weeks with a preceptor)

• Home health experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Tech-savvy, organized, and self-motivated
