Role DescriptionRole Description
This is a contract role for a Merchandise Specialist located on-site in Washington, DC. The Merchandise Specialist will be responsible for managing product displays, tracking inventory, assisting with promotional campaigns, collaborating with vendors, and providing outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining organized records, supporting sales efforts, and communicating with key stakeholders to ensure all merchandising goals are met.
QualificationsQualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Customer Service experience and Sales abilities to understand client needs and foster relationships
- Exceptional Organization skills to manage inventory, maintain records, and ensure displays meet company standards
- Proactive attitude with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail is a plus
- High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a bonus
