About The Position
OR 10 hour DAYS/CVOR experience required Work shift will start at 0645 and end at 1715. Cannot guarantee that all work shifts will be consecutive but will try to allow occasional 3 day weekends. Years of experience REQ: 2 years First-timers accepted: Y Weekend REQ: some call Certs REQ: BCLS required, ACLS preferred Is on-call REQ? Call is required. Call shifts are 1715-0630 weeknights (Monday through Friday) and 0630-0630 on weekends (Saturday OR Sunday). Amount of call will vary based on scheduling needs, but has been 4-5 weeknights plus 2-3 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule period. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, between Belleville and East as necessary Open to accommodating block schedule? N Locals accepted: No. What is the local radius rule? 75 miles Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: 7 days within 13 week contract Guaranteed Hours: 40 Special Requirements: Primary work location is Belleville but may need to float to Shiloh campus. Call will be at Belleville campus only. Must be able to first scrub (independently) multiple service lines. Experience in endovascular/hybrid, neuro-spine, ENT, ortho, robotic specialties preferred. Will also be needed to function in a circulator role. Pods MUST have strong cardiac OR competency with ability to be quickly independent after short orientation to Surgeon preferences. Preference to circulator/scrub combo over one or the other.
