IT Professional II

Description of Position:

Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including coding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Completes conventional assignments requiring adaptation of standard programming/analysis/design/administration techniques to new situations. At more senior level, applies comprehensive knowledge of the concepts, and techniques of assigned specialty area to complete difficult assignments. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. May direct the effort of others.

Responsibilities:

Web Development and programming services.

Administer, migrate, and develop SharePoint environments

Skills must include but not limited to:
  • Minimum of 3+ years full stack Web Development experience, including C# in a .NET platform
  • Strong experience developing RESTful API using ASP.Net Web API
  • Expertise in core web technologies (HTML5, CSS), and JavaScript
  • Strong source code repository knowledge as well as branching strategies, nice to know Azure DevOps.
  • Agile Development Methodology (Scrum, XP)
  • SharePoint experience, including:
    • SharePoint administration (managing sites, permissions, and configurations)
    • SharePoint migrations (on-premises to cloud or version upgrades)
    • SharePoint development (custom solutions, workflows, and integration with other systems)
Education/Experience/Licenses:
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience - 4-10 years' experience
