Position: SAP Architect Contractor - SAP HR (Advanced)
Project: Client Engagement
Location- Hybrid Onsite Chattanooga or Knoxville, Tennessee

Overview:
The SAP Architect Contractor will partner with the Client project team to design, implement, and support SAP solutions that align with business objectives and architectural standards. This role will focus on SAP HR (SuccessFactors or ECC HCM, Mini Master in S/4HANA) and SAP Concur, providing end-to-end lifecycle support from design through go-live. The ideal candidate has advanced expertise in SAP HR, strong integration experience with SAP Concur, and the ability to collaborate across functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, to meet defined business requirements.
  • Define interaction requirements for components, subsystems, and interfaces within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance on SAP development and production support activities.
  • Ensure alignment of business and technology requirements with enterprise architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define vision, gather requirements, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Configure and integrate organizational structures, position management, job requisitions, and employee self-service within SAP HR modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective travel and expense workflows within SAP Concur.
  • Manage ongoing system administration, including user roles, data synchronization, and master data activities across HR and Concur platforms.
  • Conduct workshops and training for end-users and business stakeholders on HR and expense processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and perform regression testing during upgrades or enhancements.
  • Partner with IT, HR, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integrations, data consistency, and compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, business processes, and test cases.
  • Support daily operations, issue resolution, and ticket management related to SAP HR and Concur modules.
Preferred Experience:
  • 7-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP HR (SuccessFactors or ECC HCM, Mini Master in S/4HANA) and SAP Concur.
  • Proven experience supporting the full project lifecycle-from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
