Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite, 2 weeks/month)

Potential for Full-Time Conversion: Yes
Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Standard 8-hour workdays
  • Occasional overtime during month-end close and invoicing

Role Summary
The Senior GL Accountant will manage complex accounting activities to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger. The role supports a technology consulting group and involves various financial operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Project invoicing and payment application
  • ccount reconciliation and journal entries
  • Month-end close activities
  • Setup for projects, vendors, and clients

Required Skills
  • Project accounting
  • Reconciliations
  • Journal entries and invoicing

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Dynamics SL, Dynamics 365, or other large ERP systems.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA not required
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.

Software Proficiency
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • dobe Acrobat (frequent PDF modifications)
