Join our team as a CDL A Over-the-Road Truck Driver with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling
Key Highlights:
- Work primarily out of our yard in Obetz, OH, with a future terminal in the area.
- Generally, you're out for 2 weeks at a time serving 47 states (excluding CA). We strive to avoid the Northwest during winter months.
- Our work is based on customer needs, providing a variety of opportunities with plans to build dedicated partnerships through our logistics sister company.
- Enjoy drop & hook operations with no touch freight, ensuring a more relaxed driving experience.
- Drive well-maintained sleeper trucks (2020 and newer) and take your equipment home if you have secure parking.
- Receive $25 per hour for detention after 2 hours at the facility and fair compensation with low mileage rates.
- Benefit from $200 per day for breakdowns or maintenance while on the road, with a maximum of $1,000 per week for such occurrences.
- Flexible dispatch to accommodate your home time and schedule needs—our dispatch team is organized and communicative.
We offer full-time W-2 benefits that include:
- 401k with contributions
- Medical insurance through Cigna
- Vision and dental coverage through Principal
- Paid time off and holidays
- Pet and passenger policies available
If you work on an observed holiday, you'll receive an additional $50 on top of your regular revenue
Current Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of CDL A driving experience.
- Ages 25 and older (insurance reasons apply).
- Fewer than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on your MVR.
- No drug tests failed or major violations in the last 15 years.
