StarHire is partnering with GTO Paving to hire their FIRST EVER Salesperson to drive growth and expand company market presence. ** ****** We are seeking a dedicated leader in the asphalt and concrete paving industry. This is a unique opportunity to build a sales function from the ground up and be a foundational part of our future success.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and driven Salesperson to join our team. This role is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle for our paving services. As our first dedicated salesperson, you will have significant autonomy and impact on the company's trajectory.

Qualifications

• Must possess professional experience in asphalt/concrete paving or comparable industries with similar sales processes and cycles (e.g., construction, commercial services).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter with a high degree of motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to read build plans for precise measurements for estimates

Compensation

• Structured base salary of $55,000 to $75,000 annually DOE.
• Supplemental commissions ranging from 2% to 3% of net revenue.
