Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, hiring, and nurturing a talented team.
- Conducting engaging new hire orientations and creating personalized training plans.
- Scheduling and optimizing team deployment for peak performance.
- Addressing performance issues with constructive feedback.
- Resolving customer concerns effectively to enhance their experience.
- Managing the restaurant budget and financial goals.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; a college degree is a plus.
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with a focus on Profit and Loss management.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check and drug test.
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic math and accounting skills; strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
