Position Details:
- Type: Per Diem, Non-Exempt
- Salary: $118,000 - $142,000 annually, DOE

Role Summary: An Admissions RN assesses patients and families, presents hospice services, and facilitates admissions. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, documenting assessments, coordinating care, and educating families about hospice care. The role requires collaborating with physicians and team members to ensure smooth transitions and comprehensive care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current CA RN license and CPR certification
- 1 year hospice RN experience
- Valid drivers license and insured vehicle
- Understanding of hospice philosophy and terminally ill patient care
- Strong observation, communication, and nursing skills
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
