Customer Service Representative

Job Description
We are in search of a Customer Service Representative who is responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Handle all client interaction, including inbound and outbound calls, requests received electronically, and face-to-face interaction with walk-in clients.
- Processes customer orders and changes according to established department policies and procedures.
- Process orders Brady Sales Representative phone in and act as point of contact regarding open orders.
- Maintain various accounts and review open orders.
- Pull Material Safety Data Sheets and copy as required for customers.
- Research customer's problems and follow through to resolution.
- Provide Admin support for management including, but not limited to, report generation, data processing, and filing.
- Greet guests
- Taking phone calls and direct them to the appropriate line
- Filling
- Other projects assigned by supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technically savvy with the ability to navigate new computer programs, internet-based software, telephones, etc.
- Ability to multitask
- Service oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Bi-lingual is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
