The Collective is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Showing Assistant to become an integral member of our vibrant team in St. Louis, USA. Based at 1717 Hidden Creek Court, this position provides a fantastic chance to assist our real estate agents by coordinating and managing property showings. We seek a candidate with excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to exceptional client service. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights
- Maintain communication with clients to schedule appointments and follow up on showings
- Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are clean, organized, and presentable
- Collaborate with real estate agents to gather feedback and update property status
- Manage and update showing schedules using company software and tools
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to property showings and client interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
- Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Real estate license is required within 30 days of hire
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple showings in a timely manner
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and local neighborhoods is advantageous
- Proficient with smartphones, GPS, and real estate showing software or apps
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a client-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
