Occupational Therapist

- 100% Acute Care: Treat a diverse patient population including Ortho, Stroke, TBI, ICU, Trauma, and Post-Surgical patients
- Collaborate with a team of PT: 5, OT: 2, SLP: 2
- Formal mentorship program is provided for new graduates for up to six months
- CEU support for certifications and professional development = $1,200/yr
- Weekend bonus opportunities: $5/hr differential for weekend work
- Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental & Life Insurance
- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks
- Full-Time Acute Care OT role
- Average patient load: 10 patients/day
- Treatment/Evaluation time: 30 minutes per patient
- Schedule options: 5/8's, 4/10's, or 3/12's
- Weekend rotation: 1 in 4
- Productivity target: 55-60%
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Graduates and Experienced Therapists
- Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Servant-leader mindset
