  • License: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience: 15+ years of relevant electrical design experience, with a strong portfolio in healthcare and complex projects. Proven experience in leadership roles and team mentorship.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, etc.).
  • Communication: Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineering staff.
  • Business Acumen: Business development acumen is a strong plus.

In this pivotal position, you will:

  • Serve as the Engineer-of-Record, ensuring unwavering compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and rigorous QA/QC protocols.
  • Forge and nurture robust relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and a driving force in project leadership.
  • Expertly oversee and manage multidisciplinary project teams, meticulously handling schedules, budgets, and critical deliverables.
  • Provide invaluable technical mentorship and insightful guidance to our talented engineering staff.
  • Actively contribute to business development initiatives, including the creation of compelling proposals, engaging presentations, and the cultivation of exciting new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with firm leadership to shape and execute strategic plans for office growth and impactful market expansion.

Compensation:
$140,000-$170,000 per year
