Supervisor (with Quality Control Responsibilities)
Position Title : Supervisor
Number of Hires : 1

Duration: 36 month period from October 1, 2024

Location: Kent County Human Services Complex - 121 Martin Luther King Jr. St. SE, Grand Rapids MI 49507 - Front Lobby

Responsibilities :
  • Supervise custodial staff during the 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift.
  • Provide training and support to custodial staff.
  • Create and manage work schedules.
  • Conduct inspections during the shift to ensure quality and address any deficiencies.
  • Report to the On-Site Manager and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Oversee quality control measures, ensuring compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Provide feedback and training to custodial staff to improve performance.
Qualifications :
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in custodial services.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • bility to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in quality control within the custodial industry is preferred.
