About the Role
LHH is seeking a Client Experience Advisor (CEA) to join our team in New Brighton. This role is central to delivering exceptional service and personalized support to clients outside of in-person meetings. As a licensed advisor, you will provide proactive guidance, manage client inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience through clear communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication outside of formal meetings.
- Deliver timely and proactive financial advice via phone and email.
- Coordinate client planning needs across internal teams and manage timelines for action items.
- Utilize service platforms such as Salesforce, Orion, MoneyGuide, and Holistiplan to track and update client information.
- Foster strong client relationships through prompt, personalized responses.
- Share industry insights and internal research to keep clients informed.
- Series 65 license (or Series 7 and Series 66).
- Life & Health Insurance license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Salary: $60,000-$78,000 annually.
