Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Oracle EPM Solutions

Part-time: 20 hours per week

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to spearhead a transformative project to replace our current financial planning tool with Oracle EPM solutions. If you are passionate about Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems and have a robust background in Oracle EBS R12 focusing on financial planning, we want to hear from you

This role calls for a proactive leader who can navigate end-to-end implementations while ensuring technical capabilities align with business goals. You will be instrumental in driving collaboration across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete implementation lifecycle of Oracle EPM solutions to modernize our financial planning processes.
  • Work alongside stakeholders to outline project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Direct technical integration, configuration, and customization of Oracle EPM modules.
  • Engage with finance and business teams to link EPM functions with organizational demands.
  • Facilitate integration between Oracle EBS R12 and EPM solutions to ensure seamless data exchange and compatibility.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies as the project progresses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years in Technical Project Management with considerable experience in EPM implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning.
  • Mandatory: Experience with Oracle EBS R12, especially in financial or planning modules.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting procedures.
  • Proven track record in leading transformation projects in financial systems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a relevant discipline.
