ROLE SUMMARY
As a Business Strategy Consultant at Lynx, you will play a crucial role in leading our commercial projects from inception to completion. You'll be responsible for ensuring project success, driving account growth, and spearheading business development initiatives.
Your responsibilities include managing the entire project life cycle: defining critical milestones, resource planning, task allocation, and ensuring timely delivery of results that exceed client expectations. WHAT THIS INVOLVES
- Accountability for comprehensive project delivery, focusing on commercial KPIs such as timely completion and budget adherence.
- Leading all project phases from contracting, scoping, and kick-off to execution and post-implementation reviews.
- Collaborating with legal, business development, product, and technical teams for seamless project execution.
- Engaging with clients, technical staff, and management to address challenges during project implementation.
- Driving account growth through strong client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and expanding revenue streams.
- Acting as the liaison between clients and technical teams throughout the solution implementation process.
- Building strong, credible relationships with client stakeholders, enhancing trust in both the project and Lynx as a partner.
- Fostering a motivating and cohesive team environment aligned with our core values.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business-related discipline.
- Experience in a consulting role with Client Management and Project Management responsibilities.
- Industry experience in Life Sciences, either from a consulting or industry perspective.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal software development teams and interpret client needs into technical specifications.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) coupled with strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Advantageous Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial analytics within the healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and Big Data technologies.
