  • Create and maintain Product Requirement and Market Requirement documents by gathering inputs from customers, sales, field, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
  • Organize product trials and customer reviews in collaboration with the design engineering team, and translate feedback into actionable steps.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product launches and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience managing mechanical or hardware products through the NPI process.
  • Demonstrated experience in bringing multiple products to market on time, coordinating cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing processes, such as stamping, roll forming, die casting, and extrusions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Asana, Slack, and MS Office or equivalent tools.

Preferred Skills
