Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Per Diem Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our Transitional Rehab Unit. In this role, you will provide essential patient care and support services, helping individuals recover and transition back to daily living after illness, injury, or surgery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under supervision, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
  • Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies
  • Adhere to hospital safety protocols and infection control procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and demonstrate professional, compassionate behavior
Requirements:
  • Current CNA certification (Nevada)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Rehab, Geriatric Psych, or Long-Term Care preferred
  • Current CPR certification (or willingness to complete)
  • Strong knowledge of basic patient care practices, emergency response, and PPE use
  • Ability to lift, walk, carry, and stand for extended periods
  • Team-oriented and patient-centered mindset
