Job Order: Part-Time HR Admin Support / Recruiter (Onsite)

Position Summary

Part-time HR Admin Support / Recruiter to assist with recruiting and administrative tasks for new and existing programs. This is a fully onsite, temp assignment to support hiring efforts until key positions are filled.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Assist with recruiting for crucial roles
  • Support candidate vetting and initial screening
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration as needed
  • Recruiter experience preferred (approximately 1 year is acceptable)
HR Admin / Office Support
  • Filing and administrative support
  • HR admin tasks as assigned
  • Microsoft Office (basic proficiency required)
  • Paycom experience a plus (bonus)
Work Schedule & Location
  • Schedule: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week
  • Preferred schedule: 4 hours/M-F, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM- flexible
  • Flexible options available:
    • Office opens at 9:00 AM
  • Location: Fully onsite
  • Business casual attire
