About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Product Service Engineer to join our Product Service team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background and a passion for solving complex field issues. You will be responsible for analyzing product applications, supporting field installations, and delivering technical training to customers and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field analysis using mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic test equipment.
  • Prepare detailed reports to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineers, Test Engineers, and Quality Analysis teams.
  • Lead new product installations, ensuring performance, alignment, and control systems meet standards.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs and service manuals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Twin Disc products and changes.
  • Travel up to 25% to support field service needs.
  • Foster a cooperative and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSME/BSEE) with 2+ years of experience, or a technical degree with equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical/hydraulic systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for failure analysis and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and specialized tooling.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and standard software; familiarity with JDE Enterprise One is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to design and implement technical training programs.

  • Technical expertise in product design, application, and installation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to bridge customer needs with internal resources.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
