Pricing Analyst

As a pricing analyst at Gallup, you'll apply analytical rigor, business acumen and creativity to help define the pricing of Gallup's evolving portfolio of subscription tools, digital platforms and learning experiences. Partnering with our finance and product teams, you'll analyze market data, model pricing scenarios and recommend go-to-market strategies for new innovations that blend software, science and human expertise.

What You'll Do
- Leverage data analytics and AI tools to model and evaluate pricing for new and existing products
- Analyze customer segmentation, purchasing behavior and cost structures to inform go-to-market recommendations
- Monitor and assess pricing impact on revenue, profitability and market share, identifying opportunities for optimization
- Create and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare data-driven insights for senior management and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with product, sales and finance teams to test and refine pricing strategies in an evolving market
- Analytical thinkers who test assumptions, apply lessons from different industries and transform complex data into insights that drive smart decisions

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or a related field required
- At least two years of experience in product pricing or pricing analytics required
- Mastery of Excel required
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, product-based or consulting organizations preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's San Francisco office at least three days a week required
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $80,000-$120,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual's education, experience and skills.
