Job Title: Commission-Only Recruiter

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic and growing recruitment agency as a Commission-Only Recruiter. We're looking for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment, love building relationships, and are passionate about connecting top talent with amazing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to offer acceptance
- Stay current with market trends and sourcing best practices
- Use CRM/ATS tools to track activities and maintain candidate pipelines
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Own Sourcing Tools
- Proven ability to work independently and hit performance targets
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems
- Sales mindset with the ability to close candidates and client deals
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in agency recruiting
- Knowledge of multiple industries (e.g., healthcare, logistics, sales)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools
- Unlimited Earning Potential commission-only structure with no cap
- Remote Flexibility work from anywhere, on your own schedule
