Our client, a leader in contact center solutions, is seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer (Pennington) to join their innovative team. As a Software Engineer (Pennington), you will be part of the Technology Development Department supporting the IVR and contact center solutions team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Software Engineer

Location: Pennington, NJ 08534 (Hybrid-3 days onsite per week)
Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

  • Develop and maintain complex IVR solutions using Genesys and Nuance technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality contact center applications.
  • Test and support IVR applications in a cloud environment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Design systems aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to achieve technology excellence.
What's Needed?
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in IVR or full-stack programming.
  • Experience with Speech-enabled IVR development using Genesys or Nuance frameworks is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Java and JavaScript, with experience using Eclipse SDK.
  • Familiarity with deploying contact center solutions in cloud environments.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.
