Position OverviewWe are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with 5+ years of clinical experience to deliver high-quality, personalized care to adult patients.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients
Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions
Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
Coordinate multidisciplinary care with specialists and allied health providers
Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation (EMR)
Promote preventive health and patient education

MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school

Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Active U.S. medical license (or eligibility)

Minimum 5 years of primary care experience
