Senior Estimator - Heavy Civil Construction | Baltimore, MD

A well-established, family-owned heavy civil construction firm in the Baltimore area is seeking a Senior Estimator to join its growing team. The Role:

Reporting to the VP of Estimating, the Senior Estimator will help lead a skilled team and prepare accurate, competitive bids for public and private heavy civil projects. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Baltimore, MD, with projects located within about an hour of the city.

  • 7-15 years of estimating experience in site development, highway, or infrastructure construction
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency with HeavyBid or similar software
