PLA Supply Chain Services is hiring a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician II to

lead equipment upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance across our facility. This role

is ideal for experienced professionals in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or

equipment troubleshooting.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving

machinery critical to our operations. Your technical ability, attention to detail, and safety-

first mindset will ensure our systems run efficiently and reliably.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who identifies as an Industrial Maintenance

Technician or Industrial Equipment Technician. Looking to take the next step in a dynamic,

high-impact environment.

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Maintenance Technician, or in an industrial maintenance setting.
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, hand and power tools, and maintenance documentation practices.
  • High school diploma or GED required. Technical training or certifications are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Including: SMETCO,

Palamatic systems, forklifts, compressors, motors, pneumatic and vacuum systems, HVAC,

and overall facility infrastructure.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns in production machinery. Ensuring

swift and effective equipment troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Manage and maintain the forklift certification program. Ensuring all drivers are certified

and compliant.

Maintain and update equipment logs, safety reports, and comprehensive maintenance

records.

Monitor spare parts inventory and manage vendor relationships for repairs and service.

Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and all company safety/environmental policies.

Collaborate with site leadership and customers to address reporting needs. Ensure optimal

equipment reliability.

Perform building and facility mechanical repair and general upkeep as needed.
