Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations and ensure seamless execution of projects from initiation through completion. This role provides administrative, logistical, and communication support to project managers, engineering teams, production, and cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables across production, engineering, procurement, and quality teams
- Track project schedules, identify potential delays, and follow up with responsible stakeholders to maintain project momentum
- Prepare project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, change orders, and production updates
- Support project kickoff, milestone, and closeout meetings; distribute agendas and action items
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, resource allocation, and material requirements
- Assist with bill of materials (BOM) updates, work orders, product specifications, and quality documentation as needed
- Monitor inventory levels for project-specific materials and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely replenishment
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience of project coordination or administrative roles involving full cycle timelines
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit office setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Associates preferred
